Constitutional hurdle

The Obama Depression Extender (which he calls a "stimulus") doesn't pass constitutional muster. In fact, it doesn't even make it past the preamble, which states:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare...." thud. It just hit the wall and failed. "General Welfare" is something that benefits everyone. This 800 trillion dollar debt is not general welfare, it is particular welfare and is therefore un-constitutional. In fact, any bill with earmarks (and this one is 100% earmarks) is un-constitutional.

To those who put their hopes in the Supreme Court: do you think these empty robes will strike down this bill as un-constitutional? No...they probably think Obama is the best president we've ever had .....an empty robe has empathy for an empty suit.
